New York State English Council

In 2008, The English Record became a peer-reviewed publication, which means that New York State teachers and teacher educators review each article submitted to the journal and vote on its suitability for publication in the journal. In 2009, we are expanding this program.  Editorial reviewers:
 

• are New York State K-College English teachers and teacher educators.
• are asked to review a few articles per year and give feedback on their suitability for publication.
• serve NYSEC and New York State English teachers by ensuring that The English Record publishes high-quality, relevant articles for its readers.
